Lincoln joined the Dignity Period Board of Directors in 2020. He works at The Boeing Company as Senior Information Technology Manager and as Boeing’s Information Technology Management representative to Pennsylvania State University.

Lincoln has spent nearly 20 years with Boeing deploying next generation Enterprise-wide technology solutions supporting Finance, Procurement, Business Operations, and Supply Chain Organizations leading to numerous internal and external award recognitions.
​
However, his passion is to promote the continued outreach of STEM advocacy to communities of color. Having worked Corporate America now for two decades, more people of color are needed to fill the STEM pipeline and increase corporate diversity.
Lincoln has become actively involved in nonprofits like Dignity Period that provide various services to young adults for the support needed to get a quality education.

Lincoln graduated from Pennsylvania State University with an M.S. in Quality Manufacturing Management and a B.S in Management Information Systems and Business Logistics.

Lincoln, his wife Jessica and two kids now reside in the Seattle area. Having lived in Los Angeles, St. Louis and now Seattle over the past 11 years, the family is hoping to finally settle down for a while and enjoy the beautiful outdoors of the Northwest.
