The 8th Annual Dignity Period Gala was a stunning success. Over 225 people joined in celebration and support of DP's outreach in Ethiopia and the U.S. Hosted by Sarah Fenske, the evening featured an engaging panel of speakers including community partners such as Jennings High School and the National Council of Jewish Women St. Louis. They each highlighted how kits distributed to students through community closets and backpack programs allowed for girls to have their menstrual hygiene needs met. Our steadfast Ethiopian partners, Mekelle University and Mariam Seba Products Factory joined us as well. Through everyone's incredibly generous support, the gala raised over $250,000 to provide washable, reusable kits, education and dignity in Ethiopia, the U.S. and beyond.
